Classic View Resort, Big River, SASK
(Highway #55– then turn left onto #942
just after the mill, for about 6 km)

FYI -Big River is about 1 hour 15 minutes from PA

-Classic View Resort is on the west side of Cowan Lake, across from Big River

-There is limited space for camping at the resort (full with seasonal units) 306-469-5728

although Big River Regional campground is 5 minutes away

FRIDAY

-Cabin basecamp will be established (4:00 PM)

-Socializing

-Food provided as people arrive

-Evening discussion & presentations

Everyone is invited to bring prints or digital
SATURDAY

-Breakfast at base camp 7:30 AM

-Travel to Ness Lake (club van)

-Soup & sandwiches for lunch (Nesslin Lake)

-Travel to Delaronde Lake
SATURDAY EVENING

-B-B-Q at base camp

-Discussion & daily shooting review
SUNDAY

-Breakfast at base 8:00 AM

-Travel to Winter Lake (club van)

-Lunch at base camp 1:00 PM

-Wrap-up and pack-up

SUGGESTED EQUIPMENT LIST
You will be able to bring ALL your equipment - We will never be far from the vehicles
- Camera and lenses     -A Tripod is a must     -Polarizer filter
-flash/reflector     -spare batteries     -Travel mug with lid
-Travel mug with lid     -USB stick     -Minimum 8 rolls of film or 4 gb of memory
-Rain/cold weather clothing    -Hiking boots or sturdy shoes   -Extra dry footwear
-Bug spray   -Your usual outdoor extras   -Drinks and snacks

-This is a good time to experiment with new equipment, or techniques
WE WILL SHOOT REGARDLESS OF WEATHER SO PLEASE BE PREPARED!!

--REGISTRATION FEE WILL INCLUDE TOUR TRANSPORTATION & park entry fee,
ALL LISTED MEALS,
presentations and instruction,
AND ALL THE fun we can have!

--Cabins or camping fees NOT included
--will establish a base cabin at Classic View Resort (limited camping)
--RV sites also available at Big River Regional Campground (5 minute drive away)

--WE HAVE BOOKED 3 CABINS (can each sleep 5 {some rooms have 2 beds} )
--We will split costs (bring a sleeping bag, towels)
--I HAVE TO KNOW IF YOU PLAN ON STAYING IN ONE!
--Those wishing to attend Saturday only - join us at the camp by 7:30 AM
--Non-participants (spouses, children) are welcome to join us for the presentations and
meals at camp; $40 for a weekend of great food!

Friday evening: Beef stew, buns
Saturday AM: Oatmeal, English muffins, fruit
Saturday lunch: Chicken noodle soup, chicken salad or egg salad sandwiches
Saturday BBQ: Burgers, smokies, veg salad
Sunday AM: Omelette-in-a-bag
Sunday lunch: Beef barley stew, buns
